Upon arrival at the hotel, please register yourself at the check in desk and make sure you ask for your breakfast coupons. Full breakfast is included with your room but you will need to present a coupon. You should also ask for your wi-fi internet access code, included with the cost of your room at no additional charge.
The registration desk for the GFP meeting will be open in the lobby of the hotel from 3h00 pm to 7h00pm. It will then be located at the welcome cocktail lounge located in "Les Voutes".
